These are great if you don’t have time in the morning to make porridge. The lemon juice makes the rolled oats a little more digestible.
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/3 – 1/2 cup almond milk
1/3 cup yogurt
1/2 banana or any fruit of your choice
1/2 T chia seeds
Sml handful sultanas or any dried fruit
Juice of half a lemon
Stir together and put in fridge. In the morning add hot water to warm it up (or warm in pot). Top with LSA or whatever topping you prefer.
