1 avocado, mashed
1/2 tsp miso or dash tamari, or both (to taste)
1-2 cloves garlic, micro planed
pinch of himalayan salt to bring out flavour
Juice of 1/2 lime
pinch of cayenne
Mix altogether and eat ASAP!
